I'm very excited about I am putting head-to-head the it cosmetics CC cream the original one that you guys know I love against the it cosmetics CC cream matte so this is a newer line for go through each one individually I'm going to show you me applying them and then what the kind of finished product looks like at the end now one thing you know about being: 


          


INTO this review of both of these is that I have normal to dry skin I don't have oily skin so the packaging is just a squeezy - or at least it appears to be but then when you take the lid off of either one there's actually a pump that  you push down and I think this is one might be my favorite packaging for face products foundations whatever ever because it's so travel friendly but then it's it still got the pie I just love it I think this is genius packaging and I love that they've got the kind of shiny part of them - I think that's pretty so let's start with the matte one because I've gotten the most questions about this because this is so new so this is $38 it has twelve shades which in the grand scheme of shade ranges is not great when you've got lines that have forty shades fifty shades however it is a big step up in the right direction for it cosmetics so this has an SPF of 40 it's a physical sunscreen and I want to read to you what the cosmetics website how they describe it says developed with plastic surgeons your skip a better CC cream oil-free matte with SPF 40 delivers color correcting full coverage anti-aging skin care an SPF of 40 all with the poreless natural looking matte finish that lasts this multitasking complexin complexion perfecting this is do any words complexion perfecting breakthrough instantly camouflages skin imperfections including dark spots without creasing or cracking and is clinically tested to reduce shine and control oil for up to 12 hours it's also infused with charcoal to detoxify colloidal clay to absorb oil and tea tree extract to combat blemishes plus an advanced aging there's more in advanced aging serum made of hydrolyzed collagen peptide it's niacin hyaluronic acid vitamins antioxidants you'll see powerful results okay so it cosmetics is very wordy even their titles like my favorite power of theirs is their cosmetics celebration foundation illumination powder foundation are you kidding me these are too long of names let me show you me applying this to my face right now so you'll see that it definitely covers it definitely covers imperfections beautifully I'm mixing two shades I'm mixing fair in light I feel like it masks imperfections beautifully wear it definitely covers and it definitely has a matte look to it especially when like even when you're just looking at its watching it touching it you can see that kind of matte whipped look to this texture but it blends so beautifully I like to use a sponge to apply it but you can apply it with your fingers I've done it actually looks really nice that way too I've done it with a brush and I just haven't loved the way it looks with the brush I think it looks okay but I just think it looks better with a sponge now that's my own cup of tea you apply how you want it Cosmetics does have I'm looking over there where there are some it cosmetics has beautiful foundation brushes in fact let me grab my favorite one oh my gosh I have so many cosmetics brushes that I'm obsessed with I'm just now realizing it hold on okay my other ones dirty so this is actually like a brand new one I've got it's a their heavenly luxe complexion perfection number seven so half of it is a like I would consider a foundation brush and the other half is for concealer there's something about this that blends like every foundation beautifully but even with this I still prefer the sponge of my fingers with both of these products I think that this has very high coverage it's very mattifying however I don't think it's so mattifying that you that it would almost dry your skin out too much I was reading reviews on this and a lot of people with oily skin absolutely adore it especially if you were one that tried the original and you just didn't like it cuz it was too oily but I even have dry skin and as long as I put at least something hydrating on underneath it this is still beautiful in fact I

Might be more beautiful than the original that I loved for years this one's was gone I I don't know I I literally looked at this and thought no I'm not gonna like that thinking of my skin type no way but I have been using this off and on for the past few weeks and I think it is beautiful and I'm so taken aback because I almost always hate mattifying foundations or BB creams of any kind of any kind and this is one of the few I've tried that I'm like that still looks like skin like it perfects it it makes my nose look really nice which is huge because if you have a nose like mine that is always red always breaking through foundation this is so beautiful on top of it I think the wear time of this is very nice it lasts most of the day especially if you set it with the powder I'll usually at least set my nose I don't typically use loose powders but I'll use like maybe a powder foundation just to kind of lightly cover it today I use the wander Beauty wanderlust foundation because I was filming a video a powder foundation and I just lightly dusted that on my nose into my t-zone I think if you have normal skin you'll still like this too I think it works for every skin type and that is so so surprising again if you've got really dry scaly skin I think you might like this one so let's talk about the original so the original has an SPF of 50 and it's also $38 and let me read what they say they say this CC cream is your one step for color correcting full coverage anti-aging skin care and SPF of 50 so pretty much the same as the other but a higher SPF develop with plastic surgeons your best-selling award-winning Beauty miracle delivers clinically tested hydration while diffusing the appearance of skin imperfections for for flawless looking coverage that won't crease or crack so again the same claim about creasing and cracking infused with hydrolyzed collagen peptides nice and hyaluronic acid so all the same vitamins if you will and just good stuff for your skin okay so this is definitely not for you if you have oily skin if even if you put a mattifying foundation primer I still think this could look a little bit too oily for you now if you like a shiny look to your skin and you happen to also boy a skin then you might like it because I really like a more dewy look and that's why I've loved this for years the CC cream always serves people off because they're like well that's not gonna good coverage this has better coverage than many foundations that I own I mean it is beautiful coverage it looks like skin on both counts both of these look like your skin the matte one I think on my skin with the way I you know I think it has more of a satin finish with what I had under it this one I think can definitely tend to look a little oilier I have to use something to set my t-zone with this but it is so beautiful now I have the shade light it's a little bit too dark for me I really do need to get fair to kind of mix with this so I think what this boils down to is that if you have normal skin you could go either way you really could I think at the end of the day the matte one ends up looking more flawless because it just I don't think it necessary provides more coverage but it is that little bit more of a it's tamping down any imperfections you have and kind of smoothing the area a little bit more than the original one does does that make sense so I think like the matte one looks so much better on my nose in those problem areas that I have even though I do have normal dry skin however I think if you were to go out in the sunlight with these I think that the original one would look a little more skin like even though this one is awfully close at the end of the day I don't think you can go wrong but I do think if you are on the extreme end if you have extremely dry skin go for the origina.





I don't think you'll love the matte if you have extremely oily skin definitely go for the matte 
don't go for this but if you're kind of in the middle where you have normal-ish dry or you've 
got combo or maybe slightly oily you could probably go either way and be absolutely content because I really do like both however right now I really can't put this matte one down I think it just makes my skin look so much nicer than it usually does and that is obviously the goal right that is the goal I could see like if I ever were to go really crazy like I declutter a crazy amount and I really keep my collection curated but if I were to ever like get rid of everything I could see like these being like my top 3 like products.


 



I'm like well I really need to keep this because it really does look so amazing on the skin no this is not sponsored I know this was like glowing on both counts I just love the and I really love these products so there have been plenty of it cosmetics products I've tried over the years that I absolutely hated and I've told you guys about videos trust me so the other product I've tried from it cosmetics that I really did not like and I think I've already gotten rid of it is there by by foundation it's kind of like a tinted moisturizer ish but I just it didn't compare to these and I thought this is such a similar product to these and I thought it was so odd that they launched that because I don't know I remember it still had a decent amount of coverage but it just kind of sat on top of my skin and never really blended in and these really do and yet they still provide coverage so I would still opt for these over the buy buy foundation moisturizer that they came out with so I hope this was helpful in your pursuit for looking for the best makeup products that are out there that is my goal to share those with you and the worst ones that I've tried so you can avoid those if you like these kinds of videos I hope that you'll subscribe and stick around watch some more of my videos and I'll see you guys in my next one bye .......
